I needed a longer brow band to accommodate my horse’s wide forehead. I ordered a custom-made brawl band after careful discussion with customer service and got exactly what I needed! Really great support and I appreciate the attention to detail.

I ordered a bridle and 5pt breastplate for my thoroughbred mare, and after 6 months of daily use on a horse in full work, they’ve held up beautifully. The leather softened quickly on both, and my mare seems super comfortable in her setup. She’s been flatted, hacked, trail ridden, jumped, shown, and gone cross-country with no noticeable wear to her tack. I would definitely recommend! She’s a big bodied 16hh with a very little face, but the horse/full size fits her well (with bridle adjusted to be very small).

I have placed 3 orders with Bridles and Reins. The most recent order I placed I accidentally ordered something in Brown when the rest of my order was black. Customer service caught it and reached out to me before shipping. I was able to respond and get it corrected right away. Their customer service, quality and prices are outstanding! I WILL order from Bridles and Reins again. I have recommended them to many friends!

I just placed my third order through this company. We have been very pleased with their products, which came as a recommendation from my granddaughters' trainer. Their customer service has always been very easy to deal with and are very prompt. We will definitely be ordering again.

I hadn’t realized all the customizations I could make on my items and I kept changing things, specifically at the last minute on ship day and they were so kind as to add on my last minute changes free of charge. This company is fantastic and I can’t wait to order again.

I have been buying from B&R for about a year now, and they are now the only bridle I will buy for my horses. The customer service is incredible and easy to navigate! I have always appreciated how incredibly helpful they were. The leather is incredibly high quality and priced reasonably. Overall, bridles and reins is definitely my go-to when buying a bridle.

I received a bridle that the leather started wrinkling/bubbling up immediately upon being handled. I reached out and they assured me this isn't a common occurrence and they are willing to replace the product. I greatly appreciate their willingness to make things right.

Very very pleased with the quality and fit .. my horse loves it . Has nice soft padding wide with relief around ears . distributes the pressure evenly a just rests on pole .. the hard ware is of quality a very impressed with the stitching .. Also recived a beautiful of fancy stitched raised reins with rubber grips .. beautiful!!! Cob size works perfect for my 15.2 hh horse .. thank you for your fun a generous shopping expierence .. recommend highly !!

I bought a brow band which also came with the choice of a free one with the purchase! I also decided to buy a bridle too. They arrived today internationally to Australia exactly two weeks after buying and I am thrilled with the quality! They look fantastic and the leather is so nice and soft, will definitely purchase again!

i ordered the figure 8 with the star shaped middle. the leather is such good quality and the pony size fit my small a little big. it fit tho!! i trimmed up the fleece a bit after i took these pics but its so cute!! it had such perfect ear curves and good quality rubber reins. def reccomendd!

I placed my first order right before Thanksgiving and am pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this company is! I did not think there would be any more of a discount then what I got, but on BF they were doing 50% off. When I emailed them about that, they were quick to compensate me for the different of my order and what I would have paid on BF. Shipping was relatively quick, communication is easy and customer service is top notch! Have not tried my new tack yet, but from the feel and look it seems to be great quality! Will absolutely order again!

I love the bridle, breastplate, and stud girth! They all fit perfectly except the breastplate is a tad big but they are such nice quality! Shipping was a lot faster then I thought it would be as well.

This breastplate is great. Exactly what I was looking for but I have a few issues. One, shipping took forever. Two, when I received this product there was a stain on the elastic and the leather was already scratched up. I still haven’t been able to get rid of the stain and (thankfully) it’s not dark enough to draw attention from far away but it still bothers me.
I was able to get the horse size to fit my big boned WB after punching a few holes to make it just a little bit bigger so I could attach it to the saddle. Once I’m able to do that the breastplate sits comfortably on the 3rd hole.
Over all pretty happy with this product, especially for the price. It does it’s job properly and looks flashy too!

Bought the cow leather. Very soft, substantial leather and looks very expensive. Made very well.

I bought a hunter bridle and the matching reins, as well as a martingale and girth in December for my new horse. The bridle has held up beautifully, and is a gorgeous colour. Sizing is perfect. The girth was amazing at first, I got the one with the clip for the martingale and I adore it. However, the stitching in some parts has come undone. I emailed customer service about this but they said that given how I had been using it for an extended period of time, that they could only offer me a 10% discount on future orders. I am happy with the tack overall, and you can't beat the price, however be aware that the price does reflect the quality and therefore don't use these as your schooling/everyday girths.
